Pretty Dead Things is run by Rae Nelson, based in Orange County, CA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and how we use it. Short version: we keep it simple and we don't sell your data.
When you submit a form on this site (to download the free guide, join the experience waitlist, or sign up for updates), we collect your email address. That's it.
We do not collect your name unless you choose to provide it. We do not collect payment information through this site.
We will never sell your email address or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Emails are sent through Flodesk and Resend. Your email is stored in Flodesk. Both services have their own privacy policies.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're done — no hoops, no confirmation dialogs. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed.
This site uses a single browser storage flag (pdt_subscribed) to avoid showing the same signup form repeatedly to people who've already subscribed. It stores no personal information and is not used for tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people visit. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, request that we delete it, or correct it at any time. Email us at prettydeadthingsshop@gmail.com.
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. We won't bury it.
